Patient Liaison

Pamela Adanalian acts as an intermediary between a patient and hospital/physician, assists with referring patients out for any follow up medical care that may be required, and is head of patient satisfaction.

After over twenty three years in Public Service, Pamela decided to retire. Unable to sit idle, she accepted a part-time position working as a patient liaison with Integrated Ocular Prosthetics, bringing with her many attributes skills and attributes she gained from her public sector work.

Pamela specializes in Medi-Cal services, having spent four years as a Medi-Cal trainer. Her dedication to customer service and compassion for patient care is exemplified by the decade she spent working and volunteering with the blind and disabled.
